Every payment is final, there are no refunds whatsoever.
Charging back will result in immediate account closure.
BreachDirectory does not knowingly participate in the act of obtaining or distributing Data. Furthermore, BreachDirectory does not know how the Data was obtained. All Data is derived from public sources.
BreachDirectory strictly prohibits the distribution, extraction, or aggregation of its Data under any circumstances.
European data in the Service exists simply by the virtue of Europe being on the Internet - not because European audience is being specifically curated.
